Noemi Dopudja has nearly 15 years of related human resources,
construction inspection, and office management experience for large
bakeries and small management firms. She has trained managers and
business leaders regarding diversity in the workplace since the early
2000s and is recognized for being part of the Women-In-Diversity. Ms.
Dopudja’s experience ranges from conducting construction
inspections for residential tenant improvement projects to overseeing
audits and accounting principles for large bakeries.

As a licensed civil and structural engineer with Cielo Structures, Inc., D. Dopudja provides a unique blend of senior-level design and construction management services from design-bid-build to design-build projects while also having the capability to act on the owner’s behalf as a program and construction manager. With nearly 30 years of experience, D. Dopudja works closely between owner, design team, construction manager, contractor, and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to develop the most complete understanding of each project in order to successfully complete each project on time and within budget.
